General terms and conditions for car hire at Antalya Airport (AYT) and resort areas.
1. Driver's License & Age Limits
For economy group vehicles, the minimum age is 21 with at least 2 years of valid driving license. For luxury and SUV groups, the minimum age is 25 with 3 years of driving license. International driver's permits are accepted.
2. Delivery & Airport Pickup (AYT)
Delivery and pickup at Antalya Airport (AYT) and local Antalya hotels are 100% free of charge 24/7. In case of flight delays, our representative will monitor your flight and wait for you without extra charge.
3. Payment & Deposit
Payment is accepted upon vehicle delivery in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, TRY) or credit card. We guarantee zero hidden charges and transparent pricing.
4. Insurance Policy
All our vehicles come with mandatory third-party liability and comprehensive Rent-A-Car insurance. In the event of an accident, an official police accident report must be obtained without moving the vehicle.
5. Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking completely free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time directly via WhatsApp.
